So you want to contribute? That's great, maybe that Encyclopedia is completed before 2015, then. ^_^
Before you start though, let's be sure you'll do things the right way. The fact you're reading this is the sign that you want to do things the right way, and... well, that's cool!
First of all, register. Then, think of what you wanna add and how it would fit right into the huge pyramidal pile of informations that place is becoming. You will find a lot of empty links ready to be filled, or you will see empty holes in the wall waiting for the brick that you happen to have... The concept is simple, but a single mistake can lead to great confusion. And that's why you want to understand the structure of this encyclopedia.

Structure
It's a banal pyramidal structure. From general infos to details. Here it is:
Pretty simple, heh? Well, of course these are only the primary categories. Here they are detailed:
Album List
They're sorted by years. Each year has it's individual page.
Each album is displayed this way:
[[Album Name (Catalog Number)]]
Example:
[[Brandish Piano Collection (KICA-1153)]] -> Brandish Piano Collection (KICA-1153)
We chosed to include both album's name and catalog number in the related page title instead of having 2 different values.
Albums are divided in 2 categories: Official and Unofficial. Falcom's original releases on one end, Redbooks, Rips, Doujins etc... on the other.
Reprints are to be listed, but they must point to the original release page where they will also be detailed.
Example:
[[Ys Piano Collection (KICA-1130)|Ys Piano Collection (Reprint) (NW10102370)]] -> Ys Piano Collection (Reprint) (NW10102370)
Game List
Games are organized by Series. We consider a Series any game that has at least one sequel.
For now, we're keeping the names as simple as possible to avoid page naming confusions. That basically means no subtitle.
example:
[[Brandish 1]] -> Brandish 1
We're still not sure as to what different releases of games to display. Right now, we're only displaying a game a second time only in the case of Renewal/Eternal editions.
